So you click on the camera and poof you are at Amazon.com. Now when you purchase the camera, the person or company created the travel website will get a commission from Amazon.com.

Pretty nifty way of making some extra cash right? There are lots of ways to make money in affiliate marketing now and you don't even need to have your own website anymore these days. Today you can sell your affiliate items on blogs, ebay and internet ads. But to be honest it is best to have a website since you can bring in more visitors to your website.

Don't worry as there are so many ways to sell affiliate products on the internet as there are so many ways to have a website. Though it will require a small budget but what business wouldn't . You will be running a serious business anyway, not a hobby. However there are still other ways of having a website set up for you to sell products. All you have to do is market your website to the internet consumers and reach them.

This is a great way to have a business, mainly because you do not need to stock inventory, pack and ship items and manage a warehouse. The items you helped sell will be shipped or emailed directly to the consumer by the company you are affiliated with. And every sale you make you will receive a commission. So the more you sell the more you make and it's all basically done automatically.

So now you know basically what affiliate marketing is. That was the easy part. Now the hard part is if you are new to affiliate marketing you most likely would not know where to start. If you do a search now on the internet you will be bombarded with so many home based internet business courses that teach you affiliate marketing. Do careful research and do be careful as there are many that will charge you a premium for outdated information.
